Henny lenny / Chicken little

Preliminary sketch submission the Birmingham Chidlrends Library competition. Not used to doing more child orientated work, was a great brief to work on even though i found out about it pretty late on

Henny Penny is a traditional tale also known as Chicken Licken. When a pea falls on her head, Hen is so shocked that she mistakenly fears that the sky is falling. Running to warn the King of their impending doom, Hen meets lots of characters along the way including; Cocky Locky, Ducky Lucky, Drakey Lakey, Goosey Loosey and Turkey Lurkey, before they all meet with a very hungry Foxy Loxy
